A Poem by Devansh Shekhar Shukla
"

True Friends are a precious gift from God. "A Boy gets lost in a Hallucination, shares his experience and prays for eternal friendship of true friends..."

I liked when you said '...is what the soul in this shell cries' because it's true that our bodies are just shells, vessels they're not who we are, I wouldn't even say they're what we are, because the soul lasts forever, but the body never will.
When you were talking about the relative it would be 'a' not 'an'
I liked this it was sad that the friend wasn't real. I like that idea though.

Thanks for sharing, a great write, I think it could use a little editing/condensing in some places to create a neuter flow. But good work here

Thanks a lot!
Such a powerful poem with a strong emotional message. I've felt that way sometimes after making a friend (either brand new or someone who didn't even speak to me in real life) during a dream and in the morning they were gone. Very easy to relate to writing. Keep it up!

Well done Devansh. You have done a great poetic job portraying the loss of a friend and how we pine for them. However we can keep them in our heart and move on.
Take care.

This hit me really hard...I remember being like this. Then I found my tribe. I remember how happy I was when I found them. Now no matter what happens...they will always have a very special place in my heart.. even if we completely grow apart, great poem.

Not an actual tribe...just an expression more of how I felt about them.

Thanks a lot for your review!
There is such a phenomenon known as after death experiences. People see, if only for a few moments, loved ones who have passed on. Usually the visions say they are all right and not to worry. These experiences have not been explained as yet.

I didn't know about them. Thanks for letting me know, it's quite interesting.
This was tear-jerkingly beautiful. I love it, and have never seen anything like it. Unique and pain and beauty mixed to create a perfect concoction, the poem.
It's our soul, that is who we are. We're like a turtle, kinda like you said, a shell. What's on the inside is what matters... us.
This truly is a book of young beautiful wisdom.
