Missing Puzzle Piece

Missing Puzzle Piece

A Poem by DhaVerd

All we gain is pain.
These rhymes- I use them all the time.
For these rhymes they define me.
Tell me why do we cry?
Why do people lie to themselves?
Falling into a reality that's only a fantasy.
Little good in the world
because we're all hurled to our death!
I've yet to met the girl I call mine.
She who I'll have through the night.
I'm done, don't wish to fight.
Please come out- no need to hide.
Can't go on alone,
my wings they can't glide.
Where be ye?
She that I look forward to say we-
we are meant to be,
but you I can not see.
Why is it this way?
I'm not okay I'm a mess and need you.
Who are you?!
Take my empty hand,
show me how glad you are to be with me.
I want no other but you,
you my missing puzzle piece.
Where is she- where is she?!
God I hate being a teen.
Heart broken three many times
and all of them have me stuck
using these rhymes.
