Swinging Back and Forth

I enjoyed last night.

It was just like the Old Times.

Sitting on the front porch

swinging back and forth.

Have you ever wondered

what life would be like for us

if we could go back to the Old Times

and know now what we didn't know before.

Sitting on the Front Porch,

swinging back and forth.

Isn't it great to now

be able to expose

what they are really worth.

Sitting on the Front Porch

swinging back and forth.

I really liked this poem. I remember swinging back and forth on my friend's porch swing when we were just 5.

I imagine the sun setting in a brilliant display of orange and purple as its colors address the shadows with their magnificence. Simple and pure and a joy to read.

Chaos~
