Grief Trap

Grief Trap

A Poem by Dina

Fallen angels trapped inside a grief trap

Did you think I really didn’t see that?

Set intentions

The warfare brings the clarity you need

Church bells ringing

Grandpa’s here to save me

Broken family

No one cared to change it

Who’s gonna take a stand?

Who’s gonna hold my hand through the rain fall

It’s like walking in quick sand

And no one

No one really cares

How much is your soul for?

Blow it all on blow?

Or?

Something else?

Backpedal

I’m too close

(No one else)

Think she’s getting close

(Go to hell)

How much is this contract?

(No one else)

I believe you’ve forgotten one more detail

(Bound to hell)

How much is your soul for?
