Let your illusions be shattered..

Is it a semblance
Or everything running smooth for sure!
Is it the reality
Or just the tiniest part of it.!
Is everybody pretending
Or they're just too good.!
Is it a smile
Or distress disguised in it.!
Is it really bitter
Or sweet wearing its clothes.!
Is it suppose to happen this way
Or the routine path is wrong.!
Is everything permanent
Or just a moral lesson.!
Is there light at the end of the tunnel
Or there's no end with eternity of darkness.!
Is it the material you want
Or just the pride to have it.!
Is it the zenith you aim for
Or the adversities on the way.!
Is it the pain you despise
Or just the love for comfort.!
Is it something to enjoy
Or just going with the flow.!
Is there a contradiction
Or everything's concrete.!
Is there a naive person
Or a beast wanting to be unleashed.!
Is it a partner you want
Or the fear to be left alone.
Is it the hope you lost
Or the love for mortality ceased.,!
Is it the reluctancy to fly
Or the fear of wings not opening.!
Is it the melody you want
Or the peace attained from it.!
Is it a friend you want
Or a hand till lifetime.!

Is there a principal at the top! Or are you on your own..!
