Sometimes life sucks and everyone's throwing you so many reasons to be angry, upset, or self conscious. And you don't have to. Here's how I do it
1. WRITE- write down how you're feeling, what pissed you off, whatever goes through your head.
2. BREATHE- honestly one of the easiest things to do, but the hardest thing to accomplish, just stop thinking, doing, stop everything and breathe
3. PLAY- Music, either from a radio or an instrument, music is a creative release
4. RUN- Running is an exersize everyone can do, gets the heart going, blood pumping, releases endorphins in your body and BAM happy
5. TALK- to yourself, I have trust issues and although I love my friends and family, sometimes the best person to talk it out with is you!
6. DON'T BE A DOUCHEBAG- If you're constantly in a bad mood and making everyone around you have bad days, they'll stop wanting to be around you. Then you've got no friends and you'r more upset.
7. SMILE- It's easy, you can be having the worst day of your life and still be able to smile. Uses less muscles anyway.
