Wow! A nursery rhyme for the grown ups. It sure is a thought provoking one even though I am Canadian. Our country seems to be hitched to yours....or perhaps our pocket books are crazy glued together....either way, when the USA falls, we are dragged down with it. I strongly believe that when we allow our governments to try to make God invisible, we are bringing about our own downfall. Praying that both of our countries recover their senses and return to the principles that we were founded on.

The fact that he is trying is a welcome first for any president...so many have been sacrificing
others to do their bidding, seeking power and wealth in the process. Your message is the
largest example of hope that anyone could wish for. maybe we could take a few moments
to talk about it some time....

Good question, Sean. Unfortunately, the answer is no. It wasn't a fall, it was a jump.
And it took us all down with it. Whatever chance America had to do something
right, it abandoned after only thirty years of Jeffersonian democracy. After that
it became a republic run by money. And the tragedy goes on . . . to where, who
knows? I'm with Noam Chomsky. I'm a pessimist. I've got good grounds to be. Any
country that could vote for George Bush once, let alone twice, has lost the plot
beyond redemption. Obama isn't able to walk on water. He just speaks pretty.
