Dancing Reeds in Southern Fields

Dancing Reeds in Southern Fields

A Poem by Stu. T.H.
"

Inspired by "Hoa Cỏ Lau" (Reed Flower), by Phong Max. This piece was written by a ditz.

"
Existing outside the Quantumn reef,
Beyond defined logic and mudane belief,
You sway, you dance, madly enchanted,
My gaze jumps up, and down, fascinated.

Under rainy seasons, and water splashes,
Your mirage dodge thunderous flashes,
What you left in the wind is burnt incense,
Hypnotising me, everly so intense.

Burning my youth, in your lazy haze,
Letting sorrow die, and time goes to waste,
In these Southern fields, under the Eastern sky,
I forfeit manners and let my rhymes fly.

Distant beauty, you weren't for me,
Even with all those given remedies,
None could cure my yearnings, like sailing fleets,
They haunt my summer days, like dancing reeds.
