It’s the same story again;

do something.

Say something,

anything,

make him stop.

Because the only difference between then and now

is your nerve.

You have the nerve to die

but most of all,

you have the nerve to live.

So stop,

there can’t be a reaction without an action.

Say what’s on your mind,

tip of tongue, straight from conscience,

start your heart beating.

Start this heart for knowing,

for denial or maybe

companionship.

For something deadly or maybe

something more.

But maybe it’s a risk you’re willing to take.

Maybe denial wouldn’t kill

everything.

Maybe this current state is even worse.

Maybe you just need to know,

because these chances are just so

great.

Or maybe,

just maybe,

this could change

everything.

This is beautiful.
The emotion is clear in the piece.
The only part I didn't like was that there is a mention of another person:
"Say something,
anything,
make him stop."
but then he's never mentioned again.
