No Cure

No Cure

A Poem by WayzWithWordz

No Cure

I have realize

Through the eyes

Giving to me by the beholder

As I get older

My body temperature becomes lower

And my heart is colder

There is something about

The search for love

The fight to keep it

And the agony of loosing it

Things are broken

And minds are left hoping

To heal

We search

Breaking and crossing boundaries

And atlas it’s found

Legs are broken

Because of the fall, in love

Now we can’t stand

The pain

And contemplate about everything we “loose”

And not about what we will gain

Then… it’s gone

With out warning

And our soul is left mourning

The heart is broken

Because of the lost of blood

I mean, the lost of love

And we are left hoping

That the next one will have enough skill

With a needle and thread

To heal

The heart before we are left for dead

It’s an ongoing cycle

And unlike other perishable things

When the heart breaks

It can not be recycled

Most of my poems provide an answer

But when it comes to love….

I and other poets are doctors

And love is like cancer

No cure

Oh! How I know these pains right here, my old man walked out on me yesterday and i am so trying not to miss him, this is a wonderful write from the heart and soul.

I really enjoyed the way you presented the curse of love. The deal is that true love should be unconditional, as in give without waiting anything in return , meaning to step on your ego.

Love can become a cancer, when it's not shared and we do not want it anymore, and that is the cruelty of her.

I really loved the description of the agony.
