SWEETHEART

SWEETHEART

A Poem by Eagle Cruagh

SWEETHEART

Your eyes are pools of misery
your heart is pure gold
I wish that You could feel my warmth
`fore I got so dog gone old

Yur just the sweetest  woman
That I have ever known
Remind me of my old horse
Before I was fully grown

Come lay yur tender body next to mine
An tell me that you love me one more time
For the good times Sweethearrt
Whoever you are

Whoever you are----
I truly hope you are well,
Imogean. This is so mindful of you that I just
could not resist saying;
HELLO !

Hahahahaha you do have a way with words, Cowboy.

And in that context this is very sweet. Quirky, but sweet none the less. :)

The part where you compare your sweet heart with your old horse seems really interesting to me. The whole piece was really sweet and feeling were beautifully expressed. I really enjoyed reading this:-):-):-D.

I'm not sure I'd be so tickled if I reminded you of your old horse, yet, it's sweet in a quirky sort of way. Don't get Barney...old I imagine? Or funny perhaps...

ahhh...what a sweet way of expressing one's sentiments. You can...and DO...write pretty when you want to. Funny...well yes you can write blunt and funny too. :))

such a surprise ending....that you do not yet have this dear one in your life....here is hoping she appears before the sun sets...

Reminds me of an Appalachian hillsong.
