Timid Fire

Timid Fire

A Poem by Edward Clay
"

The title fell in my head, and out came this ...

"

Distant light shining;

with eyes closed,

I stare at the sun.

It's easy to stare with your eyes closed.. Just keep what you've seen with you, and continue looking deeper.. :)..

Sometimes the lightest touch hits you the hardest..

I like how you are saying your eyes are closed but you are still staring..

Nice and short.
I liked it.
