How did you know that the full moon affects me like coffee? I get so hyper, I sometimes don't sleep for a few nights, during each full moon. My thoughts come rushing constantly, yet I can't settle down to capture them in words. You've described this feeling so well in so few words. "I'm jittery & fit to howl" is definitely my favorite line & also my new anthem! *smile* (((HUGS)))

tell you the truth, the spells of insomnia I've experienced are rare and far between, thank god. I imagined that's how an insomniac would feel.

actually I haven't had that feeling for some time but I'll never forget what it felt like when that happened to me. tossing and turning, counting sheep then frogs, then penguins. nothing doing. I pity those plagued by insomnia. brrr..

it is a bloody shame, isn't it? and all in the name of religion! I may sound pessimistic but this looks like the 3rd world war to me, although different than the first two. the world's gone crazy.
