Music is a huge part of my life and an inspiration. My favorite bands include Train, Imagine Dragons, James, Matchbox Twenty, etc. And of course I still listen to all of those classic-rock songs that hold up so well after all this time...

I'm very grateful to all my friends here on the Cafe. I so enjoy reading your work; it's been a privilege. The learning and experience have been invaluable in improving my work!

I love to get your read requests. However, I seldom if ever send them, one reason being that the work I post here includes a fairly long book. Of course, if anyone wants to stop by to read, the effort and your comments are always appreciated.

My primary emphasis, at least currently, is on fiction, although I adore poetry. Poetry writing has improved my fiction and vice versa.
