![]() BlanketsA Poem by Andrea![]() The blissful innocence of childhood.![]()
Lost under a tent of blankets
with a flashlight and a book, or perhaps a tea-party with some friends, a cave where the animals can hide. Her kindergarten eyes do glisten and her toothless grin so wide. She'd tell the stories of a rainbow world and show the imaginative thoughts floating through her mind. So peaceful and so brilliant, lost in a moment of bliss. I now long for those moments when magic filled the air and I didn't have a care in the world. © 2012 AndreaAuthor's Note
