So young

So young

A Poem by Robert delfuego or Ethan
"

the tragedies with in my realizations

"
So young
yet so enlightened
how truly frightened I am
and how much it stung
to be so young
and to understand
things that could break a normal man
but I manage
at an advantage
of comprehension
common sense
traded for my innocence
in most senses
something i can never re achieve
something I shall never receive
as second chance
with my innocence
for it cannot be regained
cursed sophisticated
and uderly unappreciated
even hated
by those not intellectual
or at least those not respectful
why do you hate me
for such a horrible fate
my childhood snatched away at 8
the hood ripped away
burned by blinding light
that of reality
to filled with fright and afraid to see
it made me cower
the shower of light
until i realized
with bind-eyes nothing could be achieved
yet the light burned
