Minds

a poem inspired by my lack of sleep and wanting more

I slowly sit
in silence
slumbering sleeping
with a seeping subconscious
viewing whats beyond us and the skies
with the sun where it is set
the mind can fly higher then any jet
our airplane that ever soared
our minds a sacred sanctuary
of ourselves
