On hold

Here I am immersed as one

within the traffic that surrounds

me everyday

I sit and go to

I sit and go from

I switch my brain off when I 

clock on

I walk in smiling but everything is wrong

but I go on, I go on

It's the bubble brewing

the end is near

another place that I will

bid farewell and

will I then return to the

familiar space?
