Even though I didn't think this poem was all that good everyone on another writing website raved about it, so here it is.

Blind Numb and Dead

(There are Voices in my Head)

 

Blind Numb and Dead

Blinded by your face

Numbed by my disgrace

Dead to the world

(which I hear)

These are the things

(which I fear)

Blind, numb and dead

I cannot leave my bed

I cannot go outside

I cannot feel alive

Blind, numb and dead

All my friends have fled

They have gone away

They weren’t supposed to stay

I am Blind Numb and Dead
