Thatcher to the grave you have fallen,

Yet behind you leave the mess of your power,

A land for the rich you had created,

By the 'divine' judgements you passed,

We suffered at your hands for the blame was now ours,

Yet you were the one to destroy us,

The poor now must carry the weight,

Upon our weary shoulders,

Down went the industry,

The coal mines and faculties,

You hard headed fool,

They called you the Iron Lady,

Now rust over the time you should serve.

Oh believe me there are Thatcher Death Parties going on in England she angered alot of people, but in her own right she was an interesting person, just made terrible choices

God yeah I know right, I may hate her but I respect her for what she tried to do. It's not entirely her fault but she is to blame in all due respect. I'd never take part in what others do, they vandalised a conservative office because she's going to have a luxurious funeral.

Yeah I guess, I learnt that this was the life I was given. There's no point moping around and blaming others, I just had to be the best I can that's all I can do

No they don't, but I understand why they don't. Which is why I don't feel I have the right to value them under me

Yeah it is, I've learnt that first hand, but you've got to keep yourself going somehow :) I really feel for the people even less fortunate than myself. I mean I've had the same pairs of clothes for 3-4 years now cause I can't afford to go and buy more all the time, and neither do my parents. It's tough

Times are tough for sure, and there's always someone less fortunate than yourself, living in a box out in cold...life is not fair, that's for sure.

Yeah, you should see Gloucester here. The amount of homeless people sleeping at bustops and the bus stations benches is staggering, it's sad to see. One guy still sleeps in his old jacket he used to work in :/

I have a friend in Manchester that I keep in touch with, her family threw her out and she was living on the streets for a while, I'm well aware of how bad it is, same here really....

Oh wow that's tough :/ I hope things got better for her in the end. Yeah it's pretty bad, but I just need to do the best I can. I wish I could help them but right now I can't do anything for them

Yeah exactly, the amount of money footballers get for a sport I can play in my back garden is ridiculous! Where are they, where are those pompous people while we suffer? They don't care as long as they have money in their pocket

OH GOD don't get me started on sport stars.....!

Oh god, believe me I can tear into that conversation just as badly, sport used to be played as hobby! If they told footballers we're not paying you anymore money it's just a hobby again no one would bother playing, end of. If I was in power that would be the first thing I'd do, make it so footballers are paid the minimum wage just like everyone else.

Hahaha very true ;) I guess I feel they aren't doing anything special so if they wanna play they should only be paid the £6.20 average an hour like everyone else :)

Hi J- P, This is a poem packed with vitriol and sentiments some would share but not others. No leader acts in isolation no matter how they are sold by spin to the unsuspecting public. Well written and thought provoking piece.

A good point I do agree, she didn't plan to ruin the country it wasn't her intention. But I just don't think she thought it through well enough to understand the damage it would cause. Thank you as always for your review

A interesting woman. I watched from a distance this woman. She was loved and hated at the same time. Hard to be a leader. I need to study her and learn more. Thatcher was one of a kind. Thank you for the excellent poem.

Oh believe me an interesting woman, but she screwed up the UK so badly by Privatisation, all the companies went elsewhere and she shut all the coal mines down. On top of that all the council houses needed for people like me were sold off and then increased the housing market so the poor people suddenly didn't have a chance.

This is happening in the USA today. Obama closed down three states who depended on coal as a job. A bad leader can destroy a country.

Oh god yeah they got it worse than the UK and USA for sure, Greece went bankrupt basically. Yeah it's tough here really, I have to help my parents pay for bills now because our welfare is less than our council tax and bills, it makes so little sense really

I have little concern for Korea. USA can put them out of business if they shoot a weapon of any sort. Israel is the problem. Korea need the USA grain and food. They are just making their people feel better. Hard life in North Korea.
