Little Brother

Little Brother

A Poem by Katrina Crago.
"

A poem I wrote about my little brother and how I see him

"
Take my advice
Reach for the stars
I love you very much
Even though I never show it

Reach for the stars
You're much smarter than this
I don't know why you can't see it
When I can

You're much smarter than this
To pretend to be an idiot
That's not who you really are
I know it

To pretend to be an idiot
It's my job
I try to make you laugh
You just look ashamed

It's my job
To give you advice
So here it is
Don't give up little brother.

I can feel the love drip from your words and leak right into my own heart.
