When we met that day on the beach and I fell

completely in love and fallen under your spell.

You swept me off my feet the night we kissed,

you gave me an amazing reason to wanna exist.

 

My life forever changed the day we got together,

I wanted to spend the rest of my days hearing your laghter.

I remember those nights looking deep into your eyes

a beautiful disaster like an ocean after a storm dies.

 

I made a promise to myself the night I had left you,

that no matter what problem hits us, we'll make-do.

I had left you for another man cause I had feelings for him,

now we are only just best friends because of a my whim.

 

But Joey, I want you to know something very important,

but first of all, I'm sorry for becoming ever so distant.

The thing I need to tell you is that I still love you Joey,

I am SO sorry that I fucked up and hurt you so badly.

 

I need you to be strong and fight with all you've got,

I know it's hard and I know I've put you through a lot..

Please understand that I am always gonna be here to stay,

but honestly I miss those days we'd playfight and horseplay.

 

I miss everything about you and I need you to understand I care,

I care about you and I still love you, I need you just like I need air..

I'm sorry that at the moment I'm exploring my feelings for another guy,

but you need to realize that the love I have had for you all along still applies.

 

Joey you are my best friend and I don't want to ever lose you in my life,

if me and this other guy don't work out together, I could be your wife.

Just whatever you do, don't give up on me please cause i feel for you Bonehead,

just get it through your thick head that I LOVE YOU JOEY...enough said.

Hermosa, I love you! i have lost sight of one thing and I am glad you wrote me this poem so I can understand it. I lost myself, trying to look for you! I was so busy wallowing in the fact that you have gone with another guy that I lost sight of the fact that you still love me with all your existance and you still care about me. Nothing has changed between us, I love you with all my heart. You have made me happy and have made me feel now more strongly than ever that you will be mine someday. I know you have been under alot of stress lately, partially because of me, and understant this, You will never loose me... EVER!!!
