Dear Moon

Dear moon, I kinda married you:
I spent more time wondering if what I saw was true,
than knowing others from another point of view.

My dear,dear moon everything I did,I did it for you,
I made sacrifices and cheated: that's true,
I even tried to obfuscate your view.

But now that your hiding behind these clouds,
I started reading my poems aloud,
To show you that it was my own,maybe only,fault.

Dear moon,this poem is clearly for you,
I wrote because you're my friend: you're true,
you're high in the sky - must have an awesome view!

Now since we both understand you,
please tell me just what you know is true,
no half meanings just tell me if you're coming to visit me soon...
