Into tranquility

The poem is a glimpse into the harsh reality of the world.

Lost and faded
Nothing left but remains, shredded.
While on a journey wild,
Oh poor Destiny's child.
None heard those pitiful wails
Forgotten in the strong gale.
Those ruthless folks
Chasing her through a terrifying maze.
She knew it was a long lost race.
Yet she ran , ran away from them,
Coming across a cliff in the very end.
She turned only to face her pursuers smirking,
Engulfed by an unnatural phlegm
She smiled and jumped off,
Arms outstretched as though to fly.
Knowing she may have lost everything,
But she had won her battle with head held high.
And she drove into a peaceful and harmless nap,
Oh dear Destiny's child.....
