The Master

 

The Master came and gathered us

 to give us wisdom and he spoke thus:

 

“There is no God; there is no Devil;

There is no Heaven, nor any Hell

There is only You and Me

 and Here and Now

 

And we can make this world

 a better place or a worse place

depending on the choices and decisions

we make every minute of our lives

 

But, choose wisely, because all choices  

and decisions have consequences

that can be either good or bad;

Heaven or Hell are both already here

 

We need  to become responsible adults

instead of frightened children

believing in ancient nonsense

and soiling our own playground

 

As for the last great question:

 What happens to us after death?

There is only one truthful answer;

and the answer is: nobody knows

 

This should end all old belief

and finally give us much relief”

 

With that, the Master turned away

so we could start a brand new day
