Romance is Dead

Romance is Dead

A Poem by GoodbyeDaisy

And when we both,
Inevitably,
Die,
I want us to share
Our cold bedding.
Crawl up to me
And put your skull
On my ribs.
Your empty eyes looking
At mine.
Never leave my side,
Because it gives me comfort
From the dark.
We'll continue as if nothing happened,
As if we're not just two dead man laying together.
Sharing out tombstone,
To show our undying love,
Lets show to random passengers,
That we are two dead man
That never fell out of love.
