Firestorm Love

Firestorm Love

A Poem by Ashlynn

In a tundra far from dreams,
Snowing fragments of hope,
A blizzard descends upon me,
Without you I cannot cope.

With a pyro kiss from your inferno lips you incinerate sorrow,
With a luminous light from your ruby eyes you save my soul,
Scorching the ice that entombed my heart,
Igniting a path to the warmth in your arms,
And into the flames of your firestorm love.

In a dark abyss,
Shrouded in doom,
Lie scattered carcasses,
Of memories of you.

With a pyro kiss from your inferno lips you incinerate sorrow,
With a luminous light from your ruby eyes you save my soul,
Scorching the ice that entombed my heart,
Igniting a path to the warmth in your arms,
And into the flames of your firestorm love.
