Wedding vows.

Wedding vows.

A Poem by Mimi

_____, you are my one true love, the one I want to

spend the rest of my life with. Today, I take you to be

my husband. I promise you that I will be faithful,

worthy of your trust, and commendable of your love.

I vow to honor you, cherish you, love you, and

respect you, for rich or for poor,

or till death is at our door.

Author's Note

Mimi
Alright, so I wrote my friend's wedding vows for him and his soon-to-be-husband, and so he said he really liked them, and that I can keep them and write his own for him. I decided to post them. (I put ____ at the begining because I currently don't have a boyfriend :'[ )

I like the ending line, and the way you began it with a blank space actually makes it all the more intriguing.

You should do other people's vows. It is really good and it shows that you have real depth and a real definition of what love is.

Dear Mimi,

This is indeed a very nice wedding vow. Sweet, sincere, and simple. Very well done.
