BOUNDS OF PASSION

The love Edward gave was one that touched Paul's heart
Although disguised as friendship from the start
A bond between them could not fall apart
The passion that was in them knew no bounds

The softest words Edward spoke caressed Paul's ears
Edward calmed Paul's beating heart and quelled his fears
Behind the mask Edward cried so many tears
The fire that was within them knew no bounds

With every glance between them Paul would melt
He had to play the cards that he’d been dealt
But longed to tell Edward how he really felt
The love that was within them knew no bounds

 

While in perfect passion each heart resounds

In unrequited love they knew their bounds
