Tangled Up In You

Written 7/25/15. You always give me a reason to smile.

I keep catching myself
Getting tangled up in thoughts of you
I let myself dive into those thoughts
But I get yanked back to reality
When someone inquires
Why I'm smiling.

They don't know
I'm daydreaming of the sweetness
That falls from your lips,
The way you assure me that you accept me as is,
Or how you have me altering my views
All because you've said one word - 'beautiful'.

They don't know
That grin slipped onto my exterior
While I pictured being in your warm embrace,
Of intertwined fingers,
Or of whispered sweet nothing's.

Haha yea they give me away all the time lol.
And ever since my family found out I was talking to Dan they tease me about it all the time lol.
Cause they're always catching me smiling/grinning when I'm thinking of him or laughing/smiling when I'm talking to him haha.
