Vibrant

Trapped within my fears am I

I’m blinded by the sun,

Who whispers of his love for me

and tells me I’m the one.

 

Blinded by his vibrant glow

of futures in a glass,

of happy times and memories

I thought would always last.

 

But each time that I’m blinded

I feel the tears come out my eyes.

As if this love I’m feeling,

is the heartache I’ve disguised.

 

Blinded by the love am I,

I’ve fallen through and through.

Blinded by my love am I,

I’m blinded over you.
