No where to be Seen

No where to be Seen

A Poem by gypsynight

Today I felt comfort in rays of sun.
Though you spoke with words made of ash and mold.
Your spirit still thinner then a apple's core.

Yesterday I waited for thoughts to roll in.
Though you spoke in words soaked in gold and lined with rust.
Your voice cracking each word to dust.

Last year I felt to much.
I could not stop.
Though you were no where to be seen.
Your voice still spoke too me.

I like the blow lines.

You said a handful in the statements. Thank you Renee for sharing the excellent poetry.

I love the raw emotion coming off of this its heart breakingly depressing how it starts with comfort and ends with haunting

This is beautiful.

1st verse A should be an and apples should be apple's.

Last verse to should be too

It's an amazing piece of work though, like people say about me lol.

All jokes aside this poem is better than many of the things I've seen here. You have a real talent.
