Dear dog

An elegy on the loss of a wonderful puppy.

I am filled with loads of deep sorrow

My poor precious pup might not make in tomorrow

We have been together since thick and thin

But sadly longevity will not let him win

My heart can not burden much longer

Please someone make my doggy a bit stronger

Do not let him ascend into the light

For I will miss him he is such a delight

Today I write this to say goodbye

My life ling buddy has nothing left to try 

I will visit him day after day

But time in a box the is dark, cold, and gray
