Iosian Period Poem 5: Hatred

Iosian Period Poem 5: Hatred

A Poem by Heartless Dove

Anger swells up inside my very soul

The temperature of the entire room changes

Perspiration drips from my head

I suddenly see my love dead

The reverberating sound of my rebellious yell

My ruby red eyes can burn through the walls of hell

Casting an evil glance as acute as a dart

The feeling of power and strength is enjoyable

Hatred embodied in its purest form

The screams of the one of affection

Slowly I let the hatred engulf her without interceding

I can smell the aroma of incinerated flesh

Reverting to my original mental state

Shedding tears for embracing the intense hostility

Regretfully picking up the remains of this beautiful love

Cursing to the God above

Why did you allow this

This was the one I was dreaming of

She made me feel alive

Now all I feel is that it is time to die

I will never permit this ever to happen again

I ask this from you my God of the Land
