“I might be a selfish b*****d

But at least I’m not alone…”

I’m not alone…am I?

In the end I’ll stand alone

In a barren wasteland

Full of chaos and sorrow

None to hate

None to fear

One to cry over

Walking the path I’ve chosen

Seems like one filled with

False hopes and deceit…

But still I tread on…

Time is my only enemy

It’s going to kill us all

It goes by too fast

But when I sit still

It seems to slow down.

It takes so long for a minute to pass

Time slows when you’re around too.

Maybe if you sit with me

It will stop completely

And the time I’ve always

Wanted to spend with you

Can finally become real…
