The Lonely One

The Lonely One

A Poem by Emme

He sits in a corner
Alone
Nobody talks to him
Nobody wants to
He doesn't understand
What he could've done
That'd make everybody want to hurt him
I want to talk to him
But my friends keep me busy
I want to talk to him
But he seems to have
A force field around him
To keep everyone out
So he can't get hurt anymore

I am an English major, currently reading and obsessing over Paradise Lost. I've been going through a weird zombie phase lately (is there such a thing as a normal zombie phase?) more..
