Began A World

Began A World

A Poem by Billy Sullivant

As I dream under cold, black skies.
I've only began a world of you and I.
In a field of broken stems of love,
the tears of our lives force us to grow.

Twisting the roots of each other
up through a new generation.
As I dream under cold, black skies.
I've only began a world for you and I.

The simplicity of this piece really works for it, I think. You use some good imagery here and the overall effect is very focused and calculated. Good work.
