Natural OrchestraA Poem by InyourshadowThe way the rain at night eases one to sleepSoft percussion play for me, in rain drop rhthmic melody. Wind and wood in perfect tune, add haunting base of deep bassoon. Kettle drums in thunder clap, as xylophone of branches tap. The symphony in constant rise, as tree top baton scores the skies. Now lilting voice of floral choirs, waft soft through fields of harps and lyres. From babbling brook and tumbling stones, arise the flutes so softly blown. As leaping salmon jump and splash, in act of gentle cymbols clash. The buzz and hum of insects wings, reverb in unison of strings. Sweet dreams to all, be here inspired, enjoy nights song when you are tired. For Mozart in his finest hour, ne'r wrote with natures awesome power. A lullaby to ease us all, that began so soft in rain drops fall. © 2011 InyourshadowAuthor's Note
