Green Machine

Green Machine

A Poem by A love for poetry

                                  Four finger sleeves
                       V-neck pressed collars
                       Square pressed pockets,
                       Lines across the back--the sailed seas
                       The green beret, sharp across the eye, shaven, lintless
                       Boots shinier than a clear moon
                       Chiseled chins murmur;

                                        Go shove that drill cane up your arse sarge!

Awesome. Short, vivid imagery and concise! Just the right dash of spunk dear poet!
