' the betrayal of being left alone by the death of a loved one '

From the void you left stemed a silence that spoke .

nourished by the pain the hurt and the tears that spilt from my being .

By each new day the silence beacame stronger ,it overpowered me ,

till it had taken from me the the sorrow that lay within me .

On the final day she screamed .

Silence was lost to the foul emotions that had fermented in me for so long .

Anger , spite and evil became her.

The magnitude of your cruelty converted me against my will.

It took me on a journey so treacherous , never to return from it .

I tried to look for refuge , but your protection was lost to me .

Like an inexperienced tarveller in the sahara, i was lost , my chances were non.

So i returned to the comfort of the void you had left , the traitor i knew best.
