By God's Love

A Poem by JE Falcon

Some visions lost to time, it seems,

Were made up of some childhood dreams,

Those dreams that find their way back home

When I'm down and quite alone.

Those dreams fill a mighty void,

A cavern, vast, and still they last.

They fill those places in the heart,

Some hopeful places at the start.

Now, it seems, some dreams are dying

Years have claimed, “There’s no use trying.”

Yet, a steadfast faith keeps dreams alive,

And by God’s love I shall abide.

Beautiful write Falcon. Faith can be everything when all else is lost. Your poem moves me a great deal. Have a happy Wednesday.

Some dreams die, others come true...and there is a constant love we must believe, coming from the sky blue.
