Love Me Tonight, Kill Me Tomorrow...

Love Me Tonight, Kill Me Tomorrow...

A Poem by J. F. Charleston

I know

you don't want to

be here anymore

but just one last thing

before you go

please love me tonight

and kill me tomorrow

You don't have to

pull out the candles

or the wine

lets just cuddle

on the couch

Lets go out

and dance

one last time

as if it was our first

Let me take you

to a movie

that you want to see

and we can take a long walk

underneath the stars

If you want to leave
me, broken and lonely
I'll let you go
without a fuss
if we love tonight
I promise, just us

Love me tonight
 but kill me tomorrow
I beg you please...

Have you per chance taken a looksy into my dark corner as of late?? I'd swear I saw a shadow of a Texan hat brim just above me on the wall.. ;) Goodness you changed writing feelings lately. I like each feeling you share...I'm just...wow..change direction quickly. Again it feels like an experience lived through..love gone horribly wrong. You alright??? Good to share all feelings though...lived or just imagined :)

I think we all have come to a crossroads in our lives and have felt like this. We know that the end is coming but we can't bare to deal with it. Once last dance before the band stops playing.
