Messages on the Wall

Messages on the Wall

A Poem by SuicidePact.

Messages scrawled upon the walls of a bathroom stall,

Gossip and expressions of hatred toward those who are considered friends,

So i sit there for a while,

As I take in the words that surround me,

Expected to find something that describes myself,

But there is nothing,

not one small mention.

So I grab my pen from my pocket,

So when the next girl enters,

The big black permanent message she'll find will read:

'Jenna, that b***h You'd better not cross'

Well, our minds keep on turning while we're sitting there! When there is something to read it makes the moments pass with more interest! And how fascinating are human beings - even their scrawls on a lavatory wall tells us of lives filled with loving and laughing, with joys and sorrows, with warmth and cold hatred... and I was amused to think of you venting your spleen with such energy, walking away satisfied, as the waters flushed behind you...

This is very imaginative. Although, I have to say I think - from the tone of your poetry - that you're having trouble seeing the really good things in life. I hope you're healing by all writing this.
The world is AMAZING! Both good and bad.
