It’s time to say goodbye.

Although we’re sad to see it end.

I’m just hoping you’ll remember.

I’ll always consider you a friend.

I think we can all relate to this. Whether the person just leaves us, something causes it, or it just doesn't work out. I think we all can. In such a short poem the emotion is rendered without even the slightest miscalculation of thought. Well done my dear

I'm the daughter of a Marine so I traveled a lot and lost a lot of friends but this reminds me of a friend I lost to suicide. A farewell...

Awwww! This is heart-breaking.. it's always so sad to see someone leave your life when that person is a friend. I hate going through such experiences as i don't deal with pain very well.. aww..
But i love this poem! Short but powerful to the SOUL!
Friends come and go..... but.. it'd be nice if they stay as long as they could..
