Poem for the lost friend.

Poem for the lost friend.

A Poem by SuicidePact.

It’s time to say goodbye.

Although we’re sad to see it end.

I’m just hoping you’ll remember.

I’ll always consider you a friend.

brief, sweet, to the point. whoever this is for will remember these words on a rainy day when they need their friend by their side! simple diction and timid concept. very very sweet write kiddo! thank you for shareing! :) seems like it should be engraved on a momentum. would be a nice going away party present.

awww i will consider you a friend if you need one :)

Sorry but this is too simple to make me like it or feel anything for it. It's like a greeting card. It doesn't tell me anything about why I should care about it. It seems it would mean something only to the specific person you wrote it for. Give me something I can sink my teeth into. You can do better.

This one is sad to me. I think that's pretty much why I've stopped saying "Goodbye" to people in my life.

Yes, I believe I have had this exact thought many times. A very sweet sentiment. Saying goodbye is never easy.
