I miss you...

I miss you...

A Poem by SuicidePact.

I miss your smile,

Haven’t seen it in a while,

I miss your golden hair,

And the things you like to wear.

I wish we had more time,

You’re always on my mind…

I wish you hadn’t left,

It truly was theft,

The way they took you away,

and I miss you every day.

expresses sad emotion. it sounds ominous when you say 'they took you away.' who is 'they'...are they the white coats or the cops.

The rhyming is fine, the rhythm stumbles just a bit. It feels like you reversed the last two lines.

Nice poem. Everyone should be able to relate to such a piece. We all would have experienced such a thing. A simple and well written piece

Simple writing at first glance but obviously actually writ very hard. Deceptively simple in other words. Lots of undercurrents here. I liked reading its elegance.
