Colors.

Colors.

A Poem by James Huston
"

very simple short poem about what colors do. Just felt like using some imagery with depth.

"
They fill the small dim cracks of this world.
They illuminate the very facts of life.
They grant emotions with a key trait.
They bless shapes with dimension.

The thought unlocks innocence.
The sight brings senses to reality.
The fact brings hope to people.
The concept ventures the unknown.

Absolutely beautiful! I like how you put "They" at the start of each line on the first paragraph, and "The" for the second paragraph. It created a beautiful flow to the words, and added a very artistic feel. The last line is my favorite, "The concept ventures the unknown." You brought light and interest to something not many people think about. This is a unique, prolific and wonderfully written poem!

I love the way you used words in a very dramatic way. It doesn't just a 3D depth, there is more and it flows in an abstract way...if that makes sense... :)
Everything is very true about color! I LOVE it!!
Cheerio!!

James I like the simplicity of this piece and the way you take a simple subject and analyse it's worth in a few lines.
