What's the plan Stan?

What's the plan Stan?

A Poem by Jamestown
"

What's the plan Stan?

"
What's the plan Stan?
I hope your feeling grand,

Today is such a beautiful day,
wouldn't you say,

What are we going to do,
hope you're not feeling blue,

We've got so much love to give,
what a great day to live,

There's so many people we can help,
so they don't feel by themselves,

So, what's the plan Stan,
are we going to give people a hand,

I want to make them smile,
and go the extra mile,

I want to show them we have good hearts,
and that's what sets us apart,

I want them to know there's still hope,
and not everybody's a joke,

Do you want to show them we don't pretend,
and that we're real men,

I think we should tell people that real men,
love Jesus, do you think they'll believe us,

Do you want to do the right thing, because
it's the right thing to do, (yes)

I sure thought you would,
you always try doing good,

Well Stan, I think we know our plan...

Jesus taught us. Lead with love and forgiveness. It would be a better world if we followed his example. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
