Phug I Say

Phug I Say

A Poem by Charles Petrie
"

Playful

"

Phug I say

Though I ain't no angry

And well feel me

I felt it right

To phug begin

And now that that

Is out upon the table

let's see if I am able

To rise above

And make of good

From this bad

Like if I was

S**t upon the field

In farming land

That help make grow

Though I smell so wrong

I am as words to a song

Or so I hope

For the truth might be

I'm just a passed thing

Like foul quite rank

That better would have been

Just not to be at all

But I'm just a poet

Poeming in a pub

I feel I made it worthful while

You may think it otherwise

So tell do tell me if

Whoa! This one "word" will make it enough for some not to read. And I myself do not normally use such language in my writing. But it felt right now...so read it or not, someone else will. P.S.: This is a special too. I almost forgot to mention that.
