Static

A Poem by Jaspar

How many times do I think about it?
Revenge, put your face down
Does it even matter anymore?
I wish you nothing but the worst.
An empty fake a lost cause
Enlightenment don't belong to you.
Transparent, hollow, phony through and through.
A plastic empty shallow person.
In time I'll be better off.
I'll burn the leech and cauterize and cut my f*****g loss...
...The wound will eventually heal.

Very deep and powerful, anger shines through in the writing style. I love the line " I wish you nothing but the worst" especially.

I've cut my losses too many times in life and I can relate to this. Shows people are alike, no matter how much we deny that we are.

I liked this, gutsy and truthful. For every good there is a bad, and sometimes, we just need to be heard. But I am losing myself in a paradigm. Great work!
